All of Pacer Group's 4 AWG Black Battery Cable Assemblies are made to order. How are they produced? The process begins by using Pacer Group's UL approved marine cables. These cables are cut to the right length using a precision cut and strip machine. This machine allows for accurate and repeatable cuts. After the cable has been properly cut to length, the ends are terminated. Pacer Group uses a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper which creates an unbeatable gas tight crimp. After the terminals are crimped correctly, epoxy-lined heat shrink is added to the assembly. This heat shrink creates a moisture and airtight connection.

Pacer Group uses this process to create superior 4 AWG black battery cable assemblies. These assemblies are built so that they outlive the battery itself.
