All of Pacer Group's 1/0 AWG Red Battery Cable Assemblies are custom made to order. They are built using Pacer Group's own UL approved marine cable. How is it that they are manufactured? Well, it starts by using a precision cut and strip machine. The machine is designed for repeatable and accurate cuts. After the cable is cut to the proper length, terminals are added to each end. Pacer Group utilizes a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper that creates an unbeatable gas tight crimp. After the terminals are crimped, heat shrink is added to the assembly. This epoxy-lined heat shrink creates a barrier which makes a moisture and airtight connection.

This process is designed to create superior 1/0 AWG red battery cable assemblies. The assemblies are so well built that they will likely outlive the battery itself. Pacer Group perfected this process with the boater in mind. 1/0 AWG red battery cable assemblies are easy to bend and route and offer excellent durability and flexibility. They are designed to withstand the harshest marine conditions. They are resistant to Acid, Alkali, Abrasion, Flame, Gasoline, Oil and Moisture.
