1/0 AWG, Black, Battery Cables

All Pacer Group's custom 1/0 AWG Black Battery Cable Assemblies are made to order. They are manufactured using Pacer Group's own UL approved marine cable. How is it that they are built? Well, it begins by using a precision cut and strip machine. This machine is designed specifically for repeatable and accurate cuts. Once the cable is cut to the correct length, terminals are then added to each end. Pacer Group utilizes a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper which creates a gas-tight crimp. After the terminals are properly crimped, epoxy heat shrink is added to the assembly. This heat shrink creates a barrier which in turn makes a moisture and airtight connection.

This process is used to produce superior 1/0 AWG black battery cable assemblies. These assemblies are so well built that they are likely to outlive the battery itself. Pacer Group created this process with the boater in mind. These 1/0 awg assemblies are easy to bend and route and are made to offer excellent durability and flexibility. They are built to withstand the harshest marine conditions. They are resistant to Acid, Alkali, Abrasion, Flame, Gasoline, Oil and Moisture.
